Simple Summer Salsa

I love a good salsa. During the summer, it is the perfect refreshing snack. I've been making this a lot recently because it is quick and easy, but tastes delicious!!

What you'll need:

Red Onion Cilantro Jalapeño Tomatos Salt + Pepper

Optional ingredients:

Avocado Cucumber Corn Lime

All you have to do is chop the veggies and combine them in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste and stir. Simple as that! If you have a little extra time, it tastes even better with a few extra ingredients. Chop up avocado and cucumber to stir in, and add corn (from the cob is my favorite). Lastly, add a little lime juice to bring all the ingredients together. 

This salsa is perfect to eat with chips, added to tacos, or even on its own. There are so many variations you can do, and they are all fairly quick and simple!
