Swan Island Iced Tea

Y'all know I love a good cocktail post! This one is fun and creative, and perfect for sipping on the beach or while camping by the lake!

I can't take credit for this one... I grabbed this recipe right here and made it my own!

What You'll Need

2 oz SLOW HAND White Whiskey 2 oz FRUITLAB Organic Ginger Liqueur 1.5 oz Vanilla Cocktail Syrup 5 oz Pineapple Juice 5 oz Club Soda Bourbon Vanilla Sugar Lime

I know there are places out there that sell vanilla cocktail syrup. I just made my own with a simple syrup and Tahitian vanilla extract (so easy!). This is done best by making it to taste, but for those of you that are intimidated by this - I used 1 oz simple syrup and .5 oz vanilla.

After you've made your simple syrup, run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip the glass in the bourbon vanilla sugar. Then combine all ingredients, adding the club soda last. Finish it off by adding a squeeze of lime, and garnishing with a lime wedge and pineapple pieces!

Not only is this cocktail tasty, but these glasses are the coolest! They're made out of recycled wine bottles and come in like 5 different shades of glass! Refresh glass has saved 696,831 bottles to date and are on a mission to rescue and recycle 10 million!! I love it!

I don't know about you, but I just love creating different drinks! If you try this one out, be sure to use the hashtag #Noodoso on Instagram and Twitter so I can see how it turns out! - Then let's chat about your favorite cocktails in the comments below!
